Mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp granulated garlic and 1 tsp za'atar seasoning in a large bowl.
Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 200C.
Place the wings onto the tray and air fry for 12 minutes. If the wings don't fit into a single layer, toss once in between.
After 10 minutes, toss and turn the wings and put back for further 6 minutes.
Prepare the dip by stirring in 1 tbsp olive oil into a bowl with yoghurt. Then stir in the za'atar seasoning.
To serve, arrange the wings on a plate with the dip in the middle.
